석류 타르트 만들기❣️ : Pomegranate Tart Recipe : ザクロタルト | Cooking tree


Gather the pomegranates

of rice, add cold water Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about an hour I put it at room temperature
and released the soft butter Add powdered sugar and mix Add the eggs and vanilla extract Add almond flour and flour
to make an almond cream Lay the cake dough on the paper and spread it on the paper. Put the dough on the cake
mold and remove the paper Push the dough into the mold and stick it in the shape of the mold. it thickens slightly Add the cold cream cheese and pomegranate
syrup and whip to make a cream Whipped at low speed to loosen the cheese It’s a light pink cream Pour the pomegranate syrup over the baked cake Put all the cream up to give the shape Arrange the cream so that the top is flat and the sides are slightly oblique Let the cream naturally rise a little on the top border Put it in the fridge Pour warm water into the
pomegranate syrup and mix Add a little soaked gelatin
sheet and mix well I decorated the border with pomegranate kernels Pour the pomegranate syrup on the top and harden it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. I sprinkled some powdered sugar on the rim and decorated it with apple mint in the middle. The cake made of pomegranate is more beautiful than jewelry The pomegranate syrup moistened the layers It is a cake full of fresh and fragrant pomegranate flavor ^^ Thanks for watching

    보석 처럼 빛나는 석류로 타르트를 만들었어요~

    석류는 씨가 있어서 먹기 불편할 수 있어 장식으로 사용하는 석류를 제외하고는 즙을 내어 시럽을 만들어 넣었어요~

    타르트에 아몬드 크림을 넣고 구울때 석류 시럽을 뿌려 구웠는데 타르트 아래까지 촉촉하게 스며 들더라구요~

    크림도 석류 시럽을 넣어 타르트 위에 올렸는데 상큼한 석류의 맛이 어우러져 향긋하고 맛있는 것 같아요~^^

    크림을 정리하면서 자연스럽게 위로 올라온 모양을 살려 안에 석류시럽을 부어 굳혔는데 영롱하고 반짝 석류와 잘 어울리네요~~

    만들었던 노오븐 치즈케이크 중 석류 치즈케이크를 정말 맛있게 먹어 기억에 많이 남는데 이 타르트도 정말 맛있는 것 같아요~*^^*
