  1. A parte il fatto che si utilizza il rosso ed al massimo solo un albume, ma poi aglio e prezzemolo nella carbonara? Ma quando mai. 30 kg di pecorino per 3 uova poi… Non ho parole. Non capisco perchè ogni volta dobbiate insultare la cucina italiana in questi beceri modi.

  4. This is not carbonara, no egg white no garlic in real one, here there is no guanciale but smoked pork and pasta needs also semolina not only flower, this pasta looks like shipetki for goulash instead of spaghetti ,I am sure is absolutely delicious though

  9. L'aglio non ci va, non si usa la pancetta ma il guanciale, in più ci vuole il pecorino romano come formaggio. Quella è na pasta all'uovo non una carbonara. Chiamate le cose con il loro nome!

  10. That’s Asian noodle not Italian way which should be folded many times and much thinner for noodles because the surface is key for absorption of the sauce …. it’s not true carbonara but close

  12. Intitolare "miglior carbonara mai!" e poi fare un piatto che con la carbonara non ha nulla a che vedere mi sembra pretenzioso . La carbonara ha 4 ingredienti che sono:
    – Tuorlo d'uovo;
    – Pecorino romano;
    – Pepe nero;
    – Pasta di grano (preferibilmente spaghetti);
    Il tuo sarà sicuramente un ottimo piatto gustoso. La location dove lo stai preparando è mozzafiato. Ma cambia il titolo al video per rispetto alla tradizione di un piatto storico della cucina romana ed italiana.

  14. hey a little tip 5:03 if you bunch up your herbs into a little ball first then chop it it makes it easyer to cut and it dosent get everywhere

  15. La carbonara è senza aglio e senza basilico ! Va molto più pepe e dato che l uovo è gia presente è preferibile un pasta di grano duro invece di pasta all' uovo. Sono Romano perciò fidati .
