  1. Incredible, "the major issue is inhaling vapor that is causing the illness". If that were true, there would be a lung illness ONLY in the USA. As for regulation, perhaps the US should be a bit more humble and look to other countries and what they have done, you know all the other countries that allow vaping.

  2. Nice propaganda piece, no investigation at all and no statement of fact, just opinion. CDC says not to vape TCH (marijuana) carts and has no evidence flavored nicotine ejuice has caused any deaths yet does state that 480,000 people will die from cigarette smoking in the USA so what is the elephant in the room your not talking about? There has been no rush to ban cigarettes, I wonder why? Could it be because Baker's State took a bribe called the MSA to get over 200 billion $$$ (over 20 years) in exhange for making lawsuits against tobacco banned and to never ban sale of cigarettes?
Show the statistics you mention. Not one shred of evidence points to flavored nic ejuice causing death and if it was present there would be pre-existing conditions because your always going to have death from life style, etc. If someone smoked cigs for 20 years and then vaped for 3 months and died you cant say they died from vaping without considering the real killer (cig smoking).
Baker is an executive branch officer (enforces law) and not a legislator (creates law) and has no power to create laws, enforce laws and judge guilty (juciary) its a violation of the separation of powers and a crime.
