  1. Does anybody know what size pan he's using? I can't tell if it's a 9 by 13 or the smaller one just before a 9 by 13. I can never remember the size because it's not often used in America. My pans are all 8 by 8 or 9 by 13 and it certainly not 8 by 8. Thank you anyone for your help in advance! πŸ™‚

  8. Looks great. My question is: is the base very crunchy? I don't like the soft biscuit style seen in many cheesecakes now…I like it hard and crunchy! Thanks.

  12. I have made this recipe following it to the T but my cheesecake seems to not have set as well as in the video. Can anyone help me to what I am doing wrong?

  13. Baking is so important. It links families, good times and bad and years later you still remember daft things mums used to do to make it magic. Yours would be very very proud

  16. Although it’s been a few years since you lost your mum, and I’m new to your channel, my heart still goes out to you…I’ve lost both of my parents & I’m rather a bit older than you…what I’m trying to say is, I know the feeling of such a loss, it never really leaves you…your doing your mum proud by carrying on with her recipes & I’m sure she’s looking down on you to this day with a huge grin on her faceπŸ’›πŸ˜Œ

  17. Im sorry to hear about your mum, im sure she'd be very proud of you and how far you've come in YouTube. Keep up the awesome work πŸ™πŸ˜Š

  19. You didn't soften the cream cheese first! It looks lumpy! I bet your mom's didn't! Please call that SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, it is not the same thing as EVAPORATED MILK which is also condensed but not sweetened in the USA. We use BOTH types of canned milk in our recipes though as you know. Thank you for sharing your mom's recipe.

  20. So sorry for your loss… I know the video is 10 years old but the heart can still ache as though it’s yesterday… love this simple recipe, made it last night and it was beautiful…!! Cheers Xx

  21. You Left Out The Vanilla! Also, If You Use Real-Lemon Juice From The Bottle, If You Live In The USA, It Will Set Up & It's Delicious!

  22. To make it Keto: instead of crackers made of gluten flour and some nasty sugar or corn syrup with the toxic herbicide Glyphosate which causes cancer (per WHO), use nuts. Instead of condensed milk with sugar, probably GMO corn syrup, and other undesirables, make a creamy concoction of half&half or heavy cream, gelatin and erythritol or allulose or stevia sweetener, let cool, then add to the cream cheese and lemon. The result will be a cheese which will not kill you.

  23. I will absolutely spare a thought for your mum, when i make mums lemon cheesecake. and ill make sure to tell em about your mum as i serve it.

  24. Awww sorry to hear even tbou im in 2019 im sad that ive just stumbled across your recipes…pleaseeee make more & come back

  25. I'm gonna make this later !! I bought all the ingredients for it and its definitely the easiest recipie on YouTube for lemon cheesecake πŸ˜ƒ

  26. Yes, 10 years old and I am just now finding it on YouTube in 2019! I love lemon cheesecake and will try this recipe; however, I will add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the cookie crust. Thanks for your mom's recipe.

  27. I love how amaturish the video looks and yet the guy's presenting is so polished like hes been on tv for 10 years

  28. Why would someone unlike this video. I assume it’s because they are so dumb that they couldn’t figure out how to make it.

  29. I've been wanting to try an eclair like this since I saw one in 'Catch Me If You Can', but the version here in Sweden is more akin to a banana pastry, nothing like this. Now I can try to make my own!

  30. Greetings from Greece! I am an Aussie living abroad and all I can say is a HUGE thank you for this amazing recipe! For years I have wanted to make a lemon cheese cake but thought it was tricky. I followed your mum's recipe and made a divine cheesecake! Thank you so much for sharing. Loving thoughts to your mum in heaven. πŸ’—
