Hello, I’m Jennifer Cornbleet. Welcome to Raw Food Made Easy. The raw food diet is made up of
fresh fruits, greens and vegetables, and natural fats, such as avocados,

food diet for ten years. Within the first month of doing so,

fats is the easiest way to maintain optimal health and weight because
you avoid the culprits that have been linked to degenerative diseases and weight
