The most delicious pizza dough I’ve ever tried. Fits very quickly, is done once or twice,
and the end result pleases the eye and stomach! There are no eggs and butter in the recipe,

tsp. (5-10 g) sugar – 1 tbsp. l

flour – 350 g (+ 50-100 g if the dough turns out to be liquid). Method for making pizza dough: Pour flour into a bowl with a slide, make
a depression in the middle. Pour in sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Put olive oil. Pour out water. Pour yeast with warm water, according to the
instructions on the package. Take water from the total mass, it turns out
about 25 ml. Let go and then pour into the recess. Knead the dough with your hands. Put the pizza dough on a table sprinkled with
flour and knead for about 5 minutes. Then put the dough in a bowl, cover with a
towel and leave for 30 minutes to double. Then start baking pizza.
